I made a bulletin board with black background, then I added white strips of paper I cut into about 2 inches wide. (Cut a Lot) Then I just made a Staff, making it as long as you want it with these strips. I also made a treble clef sign with the white paper added to the beginning of my staff. Then I took Manuscript Paper and cut about 10 shapes of feet. It took a couple of practice feet, but it wasn't hard to do. Then I simply put these feet on top of my staff going upward in motion. I added a red border to be a little more dramatic, but you can use anything. It really looks nice all together.

Variations: Each foot could contain a foot song like "These Boots were Made for Walkin'" or whatever. Another variation may be to write the names of some folk dances on the feet.
