"Sing Out!"

I have a very simple Halloween
Bulletin Board that I have up right now. It doesn't take much space and the
kids get a kick out of it. All I've done is made a big white ghost and colored
in a HUGE open mouth and 2 eyes. Then I cut out the letter "SING
OUT!" and made them wavy around the edges for a "ghostly" look.
The background is black. I happen to have some black and white piano keys for a
border and that's it. A quick, easy and FAST Halloween bulletin board!
