I like to incorporate visual elements
into the listening activities in my classes whenever I can. For
this bulletin board I had first graders listen to “Sabre Dance” and the
describe what they heard by drawing and/or coloring a picture. I
added a sign that said “See the Music” made with a font called “eyes only
have eyes for you”. This is a simple
and fast bulletin board and is a great way to display work for parent night or
open house.
