Music in Visual Art
This is an easy bulletin board that draws much student
attention. Use pictures of famous pieces of visual art
with a musical theme and hang them together on a bulletin
board. Add the caption "Music in Visual Art"
or "Music as Visual Art". As well as being an
interesting display, it is also a good resource to have during
your listening lessons. "What picture matches the
mood of this song?" and other similar questions provoke
students to use aural and visual clues to answer.
