Match the Note

What about making a bulletin board with a picture of a keyboard and have the title "Match the Note". Then below have notes on the treble and bass clefs on individual cards. At the end of class the students could take turns matching the note to the correct key. I'm getting ready to put up one similar to this with recorder. I'll have miniature pictures of the recorder fingerings and it will be their job to match the fingering to the correct note on the staff. I like to put up bulletin boards that they can learn a concept off of. I picked it up from my husband who is an elementary major. Elementary teachers seem to always have a bulletin board up that students can have hands on learning experiences from.
