Hooked on a New Style of Music

I think that the longer I teach the more I look for timesavers like pre-made bulletin board sets and other ready displays.  These funky fish were actually found in a pack of decorations from a party supply store.  I've seen similar sets at Dollar Tree, Deals and Big Lots.  I added these fish with the names of different genres of music to a blue background.  Using some lighter blue pieces of paper from the scrap box I created "waves".

Wanna go a little further?  Add some 3-D elements like fishing nets, a fishing hat, life preservers, etc...  You can also cover the entire board with blue plastic wrap for an interesting oceanic effect.
