I created
a time line to give the students a visual representation
of how close together our composers for the year were by
birth date. Each composer
has a flag (two social studies
connections in one! time line AND
country flags) to help the
students remember what country belonged to each composer,
and I color-coded the time periods to reinforce that
concept. The small pieces just say the name of the
composer and the years of birth and death. -Penelope
