Instrument of the Day is a great way to focus on
instrument recognition. On the small bulletin board
outside my door, I switched out a different instrument
every week (taken off the big bulletin board inside my
classroom). I made the man with the microphone by tracing
on poster board using my overhead
projector & a transparency. He was very time
consuming, but he stayed up all year!
